Required Documents
a). Name of the Applicant (Company with address).
b). Copy of Trade License (Commercial/Trade license).
c). Power of Attorney duly Notarised and Legalised from relevant embassy/consulate.Or UAE pass access
d). Soft copy of Trademark.
e). Passport copy of the person signatory on behalf of the company.
f). If the Trademark is registered any one of the Partners, An NOC & Address of other partners is compulsory.
g). In case of claiming priority a certified copy of the corresponding home or foreign application is duly legalised from relevant consulates.
Refund Policy & Claims
If customer applied for refund within 7 days of payment and before processing the application with ministry by smart wings, full amount will be refunded. if request is placed after 7 days, service fee will not be refunded, only government fee will be refunded which are not paid till that date to ministry.
Eligible refund will be processed to the same account within 15 working days from the date of request.
Customer will not be eligible for Government fee refund , in case of any rejection or delay from the ministry .
Smart wings or any of its representative will not be responsible for any loss or Damage caused to applicant due to approval , rejection or delay of any application submitted by the customer regardless reason or incident occurred.
Application submitted by customer with all required documents and approval , may take 7 to 30 working days to reach ministry from the day of payment and providing all required documents mentioned above
Terms Of Payment

#. Authority has the right to request for any additional document, should be provided by the customer
The above-mentioned charges and requirements are listed based on our recent assignment. Authority has the right to change it any time and we are not responsible. Please also note that the authority has the right to ask the additional document to complete the registration process.
